1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the BeautyArtSurrey website ("Site") and booking our professional beauty services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BeautyArtSurrey, governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

2. Professional Services & Health Disclosure

Our services include hair styling, nail care, facials, and massage therapy. For your safety:

• You must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions (including pregnancy) prior to treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may be contraindicated or pose a health risk.
• Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

3. Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

In accordance with BC Consumer Protection standards, our booking policies are as follows:

• Cancellation: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late Arrivals: Appointments may be shortened if you arrive late, to avoid delaying the next client. The full service fee remains applicable.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a charge of 50-100% of the service value or the forfeiture of a package credit.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to GST where applicable.

• We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the price quoted at the time of booking.
• Gratuities are at the client's discretion and are not included in service pricing.

5. Service Packages & Loyalty Rewards

Service packages are purchased in advance and provide discounted rates:

• Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Loyalty points (Rewards) have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency. We reserve the right to modify the rewards program with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia, BeautyArtSurrey and its staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the client's failure to disclose relevant health information or following aftercare instructions provided by our professionals.
